- If you cannot make it to your clinic date, you are required to find a replacement and email their name to [email protected]
- Students who fail to show up for clinic or who do not find a replacement will be asked not to sign up for any more spots in the future.
Please report to the Rardin Family Practice: 2231 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43201
- Arrive at 5:00 pm so we can orient you with vitals and how clinic runs
- Park in Reserved (R) Visitor Parking spots otherwise you might receive a ticket
- Bring your white coat, stethoscope, Med Center ID badge, a pen, and a watch
- Clinic typically runs until 9:00 but we might finish early
