What to Expect
We are open nearly every Wednesday from 5-9pm. We typically see 12-15 patients per evening and by appointment only. We require our patients bring a photo ID, as well as their recent medical records and prescription medicine bottles or containers. Please come to the 1st floor lobby and check in at the desk. If you are a new patient, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork. If you need help, please ask our front desk staff.
Depending on how busy we are on a given night, patients may be asked to wait for some time before being seen. We work as hard as we can to provide the best care we can to everyone, so in case this happens, we appreciate your patience!
When it is your turn, you will be called back by either a medical student or nurse who will take you to a room, take your heart rate, blood pressure, and other vitals, as well as talk to you about why you came to be seen. Next a physician will come in and examine you as well as discuss further your medical problems.
We can provide prescriptions and referrals for laboratory and radiology tests. We can also refer patients to the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center after they have been approved for financial aid. We are more than happy to assist our patients throughout any of these processes.
